Dan Baggott, BC-HIS

Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist

Dan is the primary provider for Hear For You, Albany, and is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences by the International Hearing Society. He has been improving people’s quality of life through hearing since 2006.

Dan is originally from the Bronx and has had a couple careers prior to joining Hear For You in 1999. He spent 25 years in Banking, leaving Charter One Savings Bank as a Vice President. During that time, he also taught management courses for the American Institute of Banking. He has also served part time as a Pastor in a local Capital District Church.

Consistent with all of his careers including one with Hear For You is his value for excellence in serving and caring for people.

Margrette Ferrara

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Margrette “Maggie” Ferrara is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist who has lived in the Saratoga Springs, New York area for her entire life. She studied at Hudson Valley Community College. Maggie has been helping people hear better for over 13 years and with more than 20 years of experience across various areas of the medical and healthcare field, she brings extensive knowledge, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to her work.

Maggie is known for her kindness, sincerity, and dedication to helping individuals find effective hearing solutions that improve their quality of life.

Outside of the office, Maggie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, caring for the animals she has adopted, and exploring the outdoors. She values new adventures and maintains a strong connection to the community she is proud to serve.

Heather Clement

Patient Care Coordinator

Heather Clement is a Patient Care Coordinator.  Heather is originally from Sterling Heights, Michigan and moved to Amsterdam, New York in 2005.  Heather attended nursing school at FMCC and started working at Hear for You in 2024. Heather began working in the hearing industry in 2024 and was drawn to the profession because she believes hearing is essential for maintaining relationships and connections, fully participating in community activities, and experiencing life events to the fullest. She believes your quality of life is directly impacted by the ability to engage, listen, laugh, and enjoy those moments. Outside of saving hearing lives, Heather enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters, friends, and family. She has a passion for adventure and loves being outdoors. She enjoys traveling and is happiest on a beach somewhere.
