Lee has been trained to clean the hearing aides and go on computer and remote with an Audiologist and up date hearing aides. So that was done and I also learned a couple of things. I am completely satisfied with the visit.

The receptionist already had my paperwork completed and asked that I review prior to signing. I just sat down in the waiting room and Dan called me right up. He reviewed my hearing test and then checked my ears. We went to another area. He asked me questions about my hearing and based upon the scoring and my bilateral tinnitus, hearing aids would truly help. We then discussed the hearing aids and I selected the champagne color and he checked the sizing and we made an appt for 3 weeks from today to get them.

It took a while to get my hearing aid straight but that's only because they were working on getting the perfect ones for me. I got them today and I'm sure with a few adjustments they will work perfectly as I need them to. They did great care of me and explained everything and explicit detail which is just exactly what I needed so I know how to take care of them how to use them and adjust them. I have to go back in 3 weeks for a final adjustment. I'm very happy with the hearing aids that I got.

Great service! Truly, professional best hearing exam ever! Better than any ENT I have ever gone to. They did not try to push anything on Me or sell me anything I didn’t need! As a matter of fact, they didn’t sell me anything we set up an appointment for me to come back next year! So all went good I hope to see them next year!
